Description of Home Pick-Up (Spain and Portugal)
Hire this service if you want us to perform any work in our workshop and would like us to pick up your airsoft gun from your home. Service available for Spain and Portugal (except Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, Azores, and Madeira).
IMPORTANT: CQB+ is not responsible for the contents of the package until it arrives at our facilities. Any damage or loss that may occur during transportation is the sole responsibility of the customer.

Process:
1) Service Contracting: Select the workshop services you wish to perform, including this home pick-up option.
2) Preparation for Shipping: Ensure you pack your airsoft gun securely, preferably using its original box or a hard case to guarantee its protection during transport.
3) Scheduled Pick-Up: The pick-up will take place within 24 to 48 working hours after your order is confirmed.
4) Documentation: Keep the delivery note provided by the carrier and send us a photograph of it.
